Die Alpha-Familie besteht aus unseren 5-seitigen Tischsystemen, kombiniert mit unseren patentierten, reversiblen und austauschbaren Ober- und Seitenplatten.
Alpha-Tische sind sowohl in metrischen als auch in zölligen Abständen und mit Bohrungen von 28 mm bzw. 16 mm Durchmesser erhältlich. Alle Deckplatten sind aus wärmebehandeltem Stahl gefertigt, auf 550 Vickers gehärtet und mit einer Nitritbeschichtung mit einer Einsatztiefe von 0.01 bis 0.02 mm versehen.

Table Plates are made from tough P20 low alloy tool steel for a HV750 hardness, then CNC machined for flatness.
QPQ Nitriding Treatment provides corrosion and weld spatter resistance for superior performance and wear.
Patented, self-locating Table Plates can be repositioned, then easily realigned to the original position. Reposition the table plates as needed to increase the width of the table for oversized or complex fixtures.
2X Life! After showing signs of wear, Alpha 28 Table Plates can be reversed to provide a new work surface.
Each Heavy Duty Table leg supports 2,000 kg.
Alpha 28 tables feature 6 legs compared to competitors’ 4 legs on 2.4 x 1.2 and 2.1 x 1.0 table sizes for greater rigidity and flatness

Stärkerer, steiferer Rahmen
Die maschinell bearbeitete Rohrrahmenkonstruktion des Alpha 28-Tisches bietet im Vergleich zu reinen Plattenrahmen eine verbesserte Ebenheit und Verwindungssteifigkeit. Der starre Rahmen mit modularen Platten an der Alpha 28 bedeutet im Vergleich zu geschweißten Plattenkonstruktionen weniger Hochpunkte und weniger Verwindung. Die geschweißte Konstruktion einer reinen Plattenkonstruktion führt häufig zu Verformungen und hohen Punkten in den Ecken und in der Mitte.
Jede Platte ist aus einem niedrig legierten Werkzeugstahl gefertigt, der für den Einsatz im Formenbau robust genug ist. Nach dem Schleifen und der Oberflächenbearbeitung wird jede Platte mit einem QPQ-Nitrierverfahren weiterbehandelt, das die Härte, die Korrosionsbeständigkeit und die Beständigkeit gegen Schweißspritzer verbessert.
Die Platten auf dem Tisch können je nach Bedarf bewegt oder entfernt werden; das patentierte Plattenpositionierungssystem bedeutet, dass die Lochabstände immer innerhalb der Toleranz liegen, ohne dass eine spezielle Nachkalibrierung erforderlich ist.

Plates can be reconfigured to expand the width of the table for larger projects.
Heavy Duty Leveling Feet ensure proper leveling of the table on uneven surfaces.
REVERSIBLE Self-Locating Top & Side Plates
All BuildPro welding tables feature precision machined self-locating steel plates and reversible top plates; this enables each table plate to be removed and flipped 180 degrees to expose a new working surface if the top side has been damaged or worn down.

Nitrided (Heat-Treated) Tabletop
All top and side plates of alpha table are constructed from heat-treated steel, hardened to 58-62 HRC(top) / 50-55 HRC(side), and finished with a nitrite coating with a case depth of 0.01 – 0.02 mm.
